**What’s the Job?**
The **Resident** **Manager** will be the primary point of contact for the property. Taking initiative to navigate operations, ensuring tenant satisfaction, increasing occupancy, and promoting a positive atmosphere within the property.

**Your work will include**:

- Coordinate and administer property initiatives.
- Maintain exemplary customer service skills, ability to troubleshoot and provide decisions in an emergency and follow approved guidelines.
- Respond to guest requests and operational requirements, such as, maintenance requests, renewals, offers to lease and correspondence related to leasing activities
- Assume responsibility for lower profile lease agreements and manage with mínimal oversight.
- Pursue leasing opportunities by reviewing and preparing leasing documents.
- Show and rent suites to prospective tenants and guests.
- Ensuring the proper physical maintenance of the building and surrounding property.
- Ensure the grounds are kept clean daily in accordance with company standards.
- Fostering a friendly and professional environment for residents.
- Negotiate lease renewals in conjunction with established targets.
- Coordination of month-end duties and responsibilities.

**Who are we looking for?**
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Technical aptitude and beginner level knowledge of MS Office Suite.
- Experience in property management systems (e.g. WebRezPro)
- A professional appearance and attitude.
- Someone who enjoys working in a culture of accountability.
- Strong organizational skills and ability manage conflicting priorities and ensure internal and external deadlines are met
- Well organized, detail oriented and ability to work independently.
- Ability to read, write and speak English, with excellent grammar and communication skills (written and verbal)
