Warehouse assistant ( 1 month contract - 5 th December to 23 December) Some weekends. We paing weekends and overtime 50% more.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- **1 years of previous warehouse experience (we prefer)**:

- Packaging orders in boxes for shipping
- Flattening card boards and disposing them
- Building stock on pallets in a safe and logical manner
- Fill out basket containers
- Placing orders in correct staging areas
- Assisting others as necessary (other warehouse members, customers, or couriers in call area, etc.);
- This position involves heavy lifting. You must be able to lift, push and pull 50 lbs on a regular basis so you don't hurt yourself
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Can operate a stalker/pallet jack is a PLUS
- Able to stand up during most of the shift
- Able to use computers and other devices
- Legally able to work in Canada
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Excellent English communication skills
- Capable of working safely at all times

**Physical Demands**

The employee must stand and walk for an 8 hour shift. Additionally, the position requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching and handling of items up to 50 lbs.

**Salary**: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
