**About Us**
Alpha3dge is a marketing and customer engagement firm based in North York. We partner with national brands to help them connect with customers and expand their market presence through professional, in-person engagement.

**Position Overview**
We’re hiring a Sales Representative to join our on-site team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, sharing product knowledge, and supporting overall business growth.

**Responsibilities**
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and present suitable product or service options
- Provide accurate and clear information to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
- Support ongoing sales initiatives and help meet team objectives
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
- Stay informed about promotions, product updates, and company initiatives
- Collaborate with team members to improve the overall customer experience
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute ideas for improvement

**Qualifications**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers and presenting product information
- Dependable, motivated, and collaborative
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Available for on-site work at our North York office
- Previous sales or retail experience is helpful but not required
