**Night Baker for La Belle Baguette**

La Belle Baguette is a local bakery located in the heart of Winnipeg’s, St. Boniface. Here at La Belle Baguette, we strive to consistently create a delicious, high-quality product that our customers will love. Our team is very hard working, positive, possess excellent time management skills and are friendly and energetic. We are looking to expand our team by having a night baker to help with bread and croissant production.

**Skills + Experience**:

- Pastry training or kitchen experience is required
- Experience with making croissants and breads
- Good with time management
- Good communication skills
- Strong work ethic
- French is not required but is preferred

**Responsibilities + Expectations**:

- Proofing and baking croissants, cinnamon buns and danishes
- Baking sourdough bread and slicing our various types of breads
- Making bread and sandwiches
- Organize orders
- Good at communicating with the rest of the team
- Able to carry mid to heavy ingredients
- Following health guidelines and maintain cleanliness standards

Location: 248 Ave. De La Cathedrale, Winnipeg, MB

Part Time Hours: 30-40 hours per week (must be available weekends) Kitchen experience is an asset

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
