**Role Overview**
The Macabacus Mid-Market Sales Account Executive identifies, develops, and closes new customer deals with Mid-market B2B prospects. The role contributes significantly to our high-performing sales team built on accountability, transparency, and collaboration.
**What To Expect**:
- Prospect relentlessly to build your pipeline; develop relationships with target organizations in your territory.
- Close new and expansion business at or above your assigned quota.
- Provide accurate forecasts to sales leadership.
- Follow established sales processes and methodologies and keep accurate, up-to-date records of activity in the CRM.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for your territory.
- Provide market feedback and insights to leadership, product, and marketing teams.
- Collaborate with your colleagues and demonstrate our values in all of your interactions, internally and externally.
**Who You Are**:
- Have a minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a closing role in technology sales and/or in a startup environment.
- Strong negotiation experience.
- Accurate forecasting skills.
- Experience navigating corporate procurement processes.
- Finance background and/or Excel expertise highly beneficial
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Eager and highly driven
