**Requirements for this position**:

- Frame stairs, and complete stair trim on decks
- Frame deck floors up to two stories high
- Operate power tools safely and effectively
- Communicate clearly, and take instructions from the project manager
- Carry materials and tools as needed from truck, or other locations
- Interpret blueprints and drawings
- Erect ladders and scaffolding
- Maintain a safe work environment
- Meet daily project milestones
- Ensure the job site is neat, tidy, and locked at the end of the day
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Kneeling and bending
- Working in all types of weather
- Work overtime and weekends as needed

We are seeking a hardworking, mature, responsible individual to join our general contracting business. Our company is multi-faceted; working on both residential and commercial projects. From commercial fit-outs to residential decks and fences.

We need a competent individual who is not afraid of working hard, taking responsibility and pride in their work, and who is confident to engage in many different aspects of construction.

We are a young, growing company willing to provide bonuses to the right individual who can help keep projects on time, and finish details with care.

**Qualifications**:

- Physical stamina and physical strength are needed
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required - Trade certification, associate’s degree, and/or completed apprenticeship program is highly preferred
- Comfortable working in inclement weather, like extreme temperatures, rain, etc.
- Carry a valid driver's license
- 2 to 5 years of experience
- Ability to work well with others
- Positive attitude is a must
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Familiar with how to use Apps on cell phone
- Own vehicle and tools required

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- carpentry: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:
