Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Junior Site Super to join our team. We are a small boutique design and build company in Residential Housing sector and looking to grow and expand. The candidate to be highly motivated and eager to advance in the company. This role is critical as you will be the Owners/Project Manager's assistant person on site. This is a hands on position where you must possess a high level of proficiency in core residential building tasks .You will assist with daily coordination while actively contributing skilled labour to ensure our high -quality projects are executed efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Skilled Hands -on Production: Actively perform and lead critical skilled labor tasks including:
  • Rough framing ; Accurate and efficient wood framing for walls ,floors, roofs, Conventional roof framing and stair framing on residential projects
  • Finish Carpentry
  • Deck Building Installing composite decking systems (e.g . Fiberon ,Timber Tech) and building related structures like pergolas or railings.
  • Drywall/taping minor experience.
  • Assist in reviewing detailed construction schematics and blueprints

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating.
  • Experience or familiarity with construction management processes, supervision, and quality control.
  • Knowledge of budgeting principles related to construction projects.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately.
  • Prior supervising experience is a plus but not mandatory; a strong interest in supervisory roles is desirable.
  • Minimum 4yrs Experience of practical and Theory in residential and construction.
  • Must Have own tools necessary for all Skills/ work mentioned
  • Must Have ReliableTruck
  • Valid Drivers license Required
  • Current and updated safety certifications (e.g; WHIMIS, WORKING AT HEIGHTS ,FIRST AID Etc)
  • Must be able to work with others in Team oriented environment .

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,065.40-$70,831.50 per year

Work Location: In person
