Carpenter Postions:
We are looking for an experienced Carpenter who is able to lead and execute a wide variety of tasks on our renovation projects.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Roles and specific responsibilities within each position will be determined based on skill level and experience. Minimum of 5yrs experience required._

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Execute renovation projects from start to finish.
- General rough framing and finishing carpentry.
- Install various types of construction materials at each phase.
- Communicate with all team members to ensure materials, resources, and equipment is on-site.
- Working with project managers, coordinators and sub-trades to oversee all details and designs.
- Read blueprints, plans, and other specifactions.
- Ensure all work is completed with attention to detail.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5yrs experience required in custom home renovations.
- Comprehensive working knowledge of residential construction is a must.
- Good knowledge and understanding of the Ontario Building Code and construction-related trades.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, organization, planning and prioritization.
- University, college or technical training in building construction, and renovation programs.
- Have your own transportation and some tools.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Experience with reading technical drawings and blueprints.
- Must have excellent communication and oral skills.

**Salary**: $34.00-$37.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
