If you want a career that is challenging, energizing, and rewarding, come join us to push the boundaries of survival technology to deliver the ultimate user experience on the water through inspired technical solutions. **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR**: **SPECIFIC RESPONSIBLITIES** - Manage CDN commercial sales sell-in and sell-thru (Recreation, Industrial, Public Safety -majors, specialty, distributors, OEM). This includes executing the Canadian Sales plan and programs. - Manage CDN Sales agencies and maintain relationship with all members of the sales agencies to support sales goals and dealer network - Provide regional sales reports, monthly commission reports, sales targets, inventory availability, sell in and sell through support - Provide product training and systems training for sales agencies - Identify areas for improving our ability to service and support our reps/ customers. Analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends with reports to Leadership, Category and Marketing - Work closely with the Product, Marketing, Ops and Finance, Demand and Supply teams to ensure we are delivering the right products and services to market - Support CDN Credit Manager and Accounts receivable to support collections - Manage the engagement and implementation of new systems used by the CDN sales force **REQUIREMENTS** - Post secondary degree or specialized certificate in the field of sales, marketing, business or a related area is considered an asset - 5+ years of sales management experience. Experience working with sales agencies and dealers in the outdoor industry is preferable - Experience leading and developing a team of people - Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 particularly Powerpoint and Excel - Ability to manipulate and analyze large data sets - Must have a high comfortability level with reporting, macros, pivot tables, multi source data compilation - Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and deliver results - Excellent communication and presentation skills - You must be legally entitled to work in Canada - Ability to travel within Canada and to the USA to support North American sales initiatives
