- Our Fleet Managers are responsible for supporting our professional drivers and operations department. Our fleet managers ensure the safe and timely delivery of goods by providing accurate and effective communication, developing a positive rapport and maintaining our high safety standards._

**Key Responsibilities -**
- Dispatch fleet of professional drivers on all loads, outbound + inbound.
- Ensure full compliance and adherence to all regulations when dispatching.
- Maintain operational excellence using professional communication internally and externally.
- Hours of Service monitoring and management.
- Build + maintain positive rapport with professional drivers as a contribution to driver retention.
- Track + trace freight as required. Ability to escalate to resolve potential service disruption.
- Provide professional drivers with day-to-day information as it pertains to their routes, pick ups, deliveries, etc.
- Manage database, constantly ensuring accurate and timely updates.
- Contribute to and encourage our positive company culture with participation in corporate events.
- Build and update all trip envelopes ensuring complete and accurate information for professional drivers.
- Other relevant duties as assigned.

**Qualifications -**
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a fulfillment or dispatch role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Detail orientated individual with knowledge of geography and working knowledge of Google Maps.
- Experience with programs such as - LoadLink, TruckMate and Border Connect strongly considered an asset.
- Understanding of cross border requirements ACE and ACI.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize, managing a busy day with flexibility and a high volume of calls.
- Awareness of Highway Traffic Act including Hours of Service, TDG, weight restrictions, etc.
- Excellent problem solving skills.

**Salary**: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
