Window Cleaning Calgary is a local home servicing business that provides: Window cleaning, eavestrough cleaning, siding cleaning and sealing services.

We are a seasonal business that looks for hard working people to bring to our team. We specialize in helping our staff build leadership skills through home servicing.

We are seeking a motivated individual to lead our team of window cleaners in providing top-quality services to our clients. The crew lead will be responsible for supervising a team of window cleaners, ensuring that they work efficiently and effectively, and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage a team of 2-3 window cleaners, ensuring they are working safely, efficiently, and delivering high-quality results
- Perform a variety of home servicing tasks, including window cleaning, eavestrough cleaning, pressure washing, and sealing surfaces
- Assess the work to be completed, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources accordingly
- Train new team members in the techniques and standards of window cleaning
- Ensure that all equipment and tools are maintained and kept in good working condition
- Ensure that all safety procedures are followed
- Communicate with clients about any issues or concerns that they may have and ensure that their needs and expectations are met
- Manage and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions quickly
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role, including lifting and carrying heavy equipment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Contract length: 5 months

Pay: $19.00-$26.00 per hour
