**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking a **Full Time Customer Service Advisor** to join our dynamic team in North Bay. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing unparalleled service to our valued customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries
- Find the best deals to meet customer’s needs and provide quotes
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with technicians and customers
- Communicate effectively with customers to address their concerns and provide solutions
- Process transactions accurately, including cash handling and payment processing
- Ensure a seamless customer experience from start to finish
- Ensure a clean and organized workspace that reflects our commitment to quality service

**Experience Requirements**:

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is required; experience in an automotive repair environment is considered an asset
- Proven ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with customers
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
