Repack Supervisor

**Job Title: Repack Supervisor - Fresh Produce Facility**
**Location**: Milton, ON
**Reports To**: Production Manager - PM Shift
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Shift Hours**:Monday to Friday, from 2pm-10:30pm

**Job Summary**:
The Production Supervisor will oversee daily shift operations in our Milton facility, ensuring efficient production workflows, strict adherence to food safety standards, and a positive team environment. You’ll coordinate with Team Leads, production staff, and maintenance to meet targets while fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Leadership & Operations**:

- Supervise Team Leads and Production Workers in packing and repack areas, ensuring workflows meet quality and efficiency standards.
- Develop and execute daily/weekly production schedules to meet deadlines.
- Troubleshoot bottlenecks and resolve production issues in real time.

**Quality & Compliance**:

- Enforce SOPs, GMPs, and food safety protocols (HACCP, CFIA, OSHA).
- Conduct regular quality checks and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations (e.g., PPE, LOTO).

**Training & Development**:

- Train and mentor staff on SOPs, safety, and equipment use.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

**Cross-Functional Coordination**:

- Liaise with Maintenance to prioritize equipment repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Collaborate with QA, Maintenance, and Management to optimize processes.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- 2-3+ years in production supervision (food/produce/CPG preferred).
- Proven leadership—able to motivate teams and drive results.
- Food safety knowledge (HACCP, GMP, CFIA standards).
- Technical aptitude—comfortable with production equipment and basic troubleshooting.
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed.

**Working Conditions**:

- Refrigerated environment (must tolerate cold temperatures).
- Physical demands: Standing for extended periods, occasional lifting.
- Fast-paced setting with tight deadlines.

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
