**Facilities Management**
Reporting to the Coordinator of Facilities, the Facilities Clerk is responsible for entering, prioritizing, reporting and responding to facilities service requests. This position performs clerical and administrative tasks supporting facilities management.
**Temporary Full-Time**
**Rate of Pay**: $25.248 per hour - $27.067 per hour
**Hours of Work**: 37.5 hours per week
**Duration**: up to June 2026
**Qualifications**:
- Successful completion of one-year certificate in Office Administration or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience as determined by the hospital
- Previous relevant experience is an asset
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to organize and prioritize work
- Ability to problem solve
- Knowledge of LHSC policies (i.e. Patient Confidentiality, and Privacy Legislation)
- Strong customer service skills
- Demonstrated practice and commitment to the principles of patient and family centered care
- Demonstrated practice and commitment to patient and staff safety at LHSC
- Demonstrated practice and commitment to LHSC's Mission, Vision and Values
- Demonstrated ability to attend work on a regular basis
