The newly created Finance Systems Manager role will support the Finance department through the implementation, development, maintenance, and enhancement of an ERP. They will support the accurate and timely delivery of financial data by assisting with data queries, reporting, and troubleshooting of financial data issues. The Finance Systems Managers will play an integral role in special projects and will serve as Project Manager for the company’s Finance Systems Transformation initiative.

**Job Requirements**
- Accounting designation and Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3+ years of experience in a high transaction financial systems environment.
- Working knowledge of financial aspects of enterprise accounting software.
- Expertise managing projects / transformations.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to identify and resolve issues in an efficient and effective manner.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently, within a team environment.
- Experience within manufacturing industry is considered an asset but not required.
- Experience with Acumatica is considered an asset but not required.
