**What You'll Do**:

- Greet guests and support them throughout the service process
- Accurately document vehicle concerns, maintenance needs, and guest expectations
- Clearly explain service recommendations, timelines, and pricing
- Coordinate with Technicians and Parts staff for efficient service delivery
- Keep guests informed of repair status and any updates
- Prepare detailed repair orders and process warranty claims
- Ensure a professional, respectful, and seamless experience from drop-off to pick-up

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A positive, guest-first mindset with strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Team player who adapts easily in a dynamic environment
- Valid driver’s license required
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role is an asset
