**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Safely operate a bus to transport passengers to their designated locations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and mechanical soundness.
- Assist passengers in boarding and alighting from the bus, providing support as needed, especially for seniors or children.
- Maintain a clean and organized bus interior.
- Communicate effectively with passengers regarding routes, schedules, and any changes in service.
- Address passenger inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Follow all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies to ensure the safety of all passengers.
- Keep accurate records of daily trips, including passenger counts and any incidents that occur during transit.

**Experience**
- Valid commercial driving license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements is required.
- Previous experience in commercial driving is preferred; experience working with seniors or children is a plus.
- Multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish and English, are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse passenger groups.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Basic mechanical knowledge is beneficial for performing routine vehicle checks and addressing minor issues.
- Ability to write reports or logs as necessary for record-keeping purposes.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.90-$20.91 per hour

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Experience**:

- driving: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class 5 Licence (preferred)
- driver's license (preferred)
