**Position**:Insulator Lead hand

**Location**: Innisfail, Alberta

**Schedule**: Mon-Thurs, 6:00AM to 4:30PM with opportunity for overtime.

**Type**: Full-Time / Permanent

**Your Role**:

- Lead by example—assist the Foreman in supervising department operations and managing schedules.
- Mentor employees and foster team growth with hands-on training and guidance.
- Oversee insulation tasks, including measuring, cutting, fitting, and finishing with precision.
- Ensure quality standards and safety policies are met at every step of the production process.
- Recommend improvements to production methods and actively participate in shop tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain efficiency.

**What You Bring**:

- Relevant trade certification
- 2+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing.
- Proven ability to support and mentor a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a drive for innovation.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to shift work, overtime, and varying shop conditions.
