**Sussex Insurance - Inside Superstore, 160 st in South Surrey** is currently hiring **experienced Autoplan Agents** to join our growing team. We are looking for **both full-time and part-time Level 1 or Level 2 agents** who are customer-focused, detail-oriented, and fluent in **Mandarin or Cantonese**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers at the counter with Autoplan insurance services
- Provide accurate product information and policy advice
- Help customers select appropriate insurance products and services
- Recommend additional products or upgrades when appropriate (upselling)

**Qualifications**:

- Level 1 or Level 2 Autoplan license required
- Experience with **ICBC Policy Center** is highly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong customer service, listening, and phone etiquette skills
- Ability to assess customer needs and recommend effective solutions
- **Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese** is a strong asset

**Wage**:

- $22.00 - $28.00 (depending on experience)
