Bestselect Insurance is currently seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused **Autoplan Agent** to become a vital part of our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, delivering personalized support and helping them navigate their insurance needs with clarity and confidence.

Whether you’re assisting walk-in clients at the counter or answering inquiries by phone or online, you will represent the trusted service and professionalism that Bestselect Insurance is known for.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and assist customers at the service counter with professionalism and efficiency
- Clearly explain insurance products, services, and coverages
- Guide clients in selecting the right Autoplan products based on their needs
- Identify opportunities to recommend or upsell additional products where appropriate
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using **ICBC Policy Center**

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Insurance broker level 1 license (CAIB)
- Previous experience with **ICBC Policy Center** is strongly preferred
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in **English (Punjabi and Hindi preferred)**:

- Confident, friendly phone manner and strong active listening skills
- Ability to assess customer needs and offer appropriate solutions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
