**Job Overview**
As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. You will be responsible for providing attentive and friendly service, ensuring that all customer needs are met promptly and efficiently. Your ability to manage time effectively and maintain a positive attitude will contribute significantly to the overall atmosphere of our restaurant.

**Duties**
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, providing menus and information about daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, specifically Micros POS.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring proper presentation and quality standards.
- Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service throughout the dining experience.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns or special requests.
- Provide exceptional guest services by responding promptly to inquiries or complaints with professionalism.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in the restaurant industry is preferred, with a strong understanding of food service operations.
- Familiarity POS systems, particularly Toast POS, is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively.
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Servers are responsible for ensuring that tables are promptly cleared, wiped, and reset after guests leave. While bussers may assist with this task, it is ultimately the server’s responsibility to make sure their section remains clean and ready for the next guests at all times.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
