**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Operate a commercial capacity dishwashing unit.
- Complete and proper cleaning of all dishware, utensils, pots and pans.
- Return all dishware and utensils to proper storage.
- Keep clean dishes tidy and be sure the shelves are clean.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary floor in the kitchen including the walk-in fridge.
- Check and record temperature of the dishwasher machines
- Remove garbage, empty boxes and other recycling to the proper location.
- Follow all health and safety procedures.
- Perform any additional task or duties as required.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly.
- Able to stand for long periods of time and lift at least 30lbs comfortably.
- Strong communication skills
- Previous experience an asset but not required.
- Positive, team player who can work independently and within a team environment.
- Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
