**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential for supporting our culinary team and providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests in a restaurant or hotel setting.

**Responsibilities**
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste as needed.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as directed by the kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
- Organize and restock clean dishes and utensils in designated areas for easy access.
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during peak service times.
- Help maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies are low.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards in food service settings.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team in a hospitality-focused atmosphere.
- Willingness to assist with various tasks beyond dishwashing as needed, including food preparation and helping cooks.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as necessary.
