Bilingual Immigration Case Manager

Ideal applicants should be able to work 40 hours every week.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Instruct clients to complete technical/legal documents and review forms
2. Revise documents according to internal specifications and client feedback
3. Reply to client messages in the case management system
4. Ensure form quality and answer clients’ questions in a timely manner
5. Overtime might be needed to respond to clients' messages and finish clients’
projects on time.
6. Perform other duties as assigned
**Required Qualifications**:
1. Excellent English writing skills
2. Strong attention to detail
3. Outstanding client service skills
4. Proficients with G Suite, Microsoft Office, Adobe Pro
5. High degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently under tight deadlines
6. Demonstrated professional demeanour
7. Excellent multitasking and time management skills
8. Have a BA or MA degree
9. Speak a second language other than English
10. Relevant internship or work experience as assets
