**Job Summary**
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through their automotive service needs and ensuring a seamless service experience. Your expertise in automotive diagnostics and repair will help you effectively communicate with both customers and technicians, facilitating timely and accurate service delivery.

**Duties**
- Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs.
- Parts ordering and organizing.
- Provide detailed explanations of services required, including vehicle maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics.
- Utilize your mechanical knowledge to advise customers on necessary repairs and maintenance.
- Upsell additional services based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
- Prepare accurate estimates for services, including parts and labor costs.
- Maintain clear communication with service technicians to ensure efficient workflow.
- Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to dealership policies.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Keep records of customer interactions and service history for future reference.

**Skills**
- Strong background in auto service management to oversee service operations effectively.
- Proven upselling skills to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Mechanic experience is beneficial for providing informed recommendations.
- Proficient in automotive diagnostics to accurately assess vehicle issues.
- Solid mechanical knowledge of various systems including transmissions, oil changes, brakes, alignment, suspension, tire service, diesel engine repair, shocks & struts, and auto body repair.
- Experience in customer service to foster positive relationships with clients.
- Familiarity with auto estimating processes for accurate pricing of services.
- Strong sales acumen to promote dealership services effectively.
