**Montana's is looking for a Host/Hostess at our 4715 Rutherford Rd, Nanaimo BC, V9T 5S5, Location**

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a friendly and organized **Host/Hostess**to join our team. The Host/Hostess will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome and excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they leave.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements.
- Communicate with guests to inform them of wait times and any specials.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- Ability to handle guest inquiries and provide assistance.
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and guest services.
- Willingness to help out in various areas of the establishment.
- Background in food service is advantageous
