Artificial Intelligence Specialist, Corporate It

**Your future role on our team**
You’ll report to the Digital Work Experience team leader and play an important role in developing the AI strategy within the department. You'll be responsible for technology watch and recommend which technologies to use for a variety of use cases, taking into account the complexity of technologies, costs and the evolution of systems in line with the firm's growth needs.
Working with your team members and other sectors, you’ll participate in various technological projects in the department’s areas of activity. You’ll also work with the Innovation group.

- Establish the department's AI strategies in collaboration with the Innovation group.
- Analyze the feasibility of AI innovation requests (technologies, costs).
- Work with solution architects to design AI solutions.
- Develop the proofs of concept required for the firm's use cases.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of current and future AI technologies, large language models and ML technologies.
- Host AI training workshops.
- Support change management efforts to encourage uptake of solutions.
- Ensure AI technologies comply with BBA standards and procedures with respect to confidentiality, ethics, security and privacy.
- Analyze and take charge of comparative analyses of technological tools or software.

**Summary of certifications and job requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in IT Management or any other relevant field
- Bilingual (English and French) as the position is intended to support the firm’s Canadian and international operations
- Proficient with Microsoft products (Copilot, M365)
- Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
- Experience in ML and generative AI
- Experience with programming and using APIs
- Experience working with DevOps.
