**MANAGEMENT TRAINEE**

Basic Grain Products Inc. is an established snack food manufacturer located in Coldwater, Ohio, with over 30 years of experience and excellence.

We are currently seeking Management Trainees to join our team at our Head Office in Burnaby, BC. We are a market leader in private label snacks, serving all regions across North America. We offer a full-time position at our head office in Burnaby.

This opportunity is well-suited for individuals who are seeking solid long-term careers and are interested in rapid advancement. Must be able to think analytically, multi-task, and to work collaboratively across departments.

Our office is easily accessible via public transit; we are conveniently close to the Production Way Skytrain Station.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- University degree in science filed (preferred engineering mechanical, electrical etc.)
- Minimum of 2-3 years office experience.

**Required Skills**:

- Above-average GPA.
- High propensity for details, and highly skilled in critical thinking and problem solving.
- Proven ability to perform at a high level of competence and with dispatch.
- Exceptional written and oral English skills
- Above average computer skills and experience.
- Experience in a food manufacturing/processing, preferred but not essential.

Wage: Starting at 55k/year. **Final starting remuneration will be dependent on qualifications and experience.**

Office Hours: 7 am to 3:30 pm

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
