**MANAGEMENT TRAINEE**

**THE COMPANY**

Basic Grain Products Inc., is an established snack food manufacturer located in Coldwater, Ohio, with over 40 years of experience and excellence.

We are currently seeking **Management Trainees **to join our team at our Head Office in Burnaby, BC. We are a market leader in private label snacks, serving all regions across North America. We offer a full-time position at our head office in Burnaby. This opportunity is well-suited for individuals who are seeking solid long-term careers and are interested in rapid advancement. Must be able to think analytically, multi-task, and to work collaboratively across departments.

Our office is easily accessible via public transit; we are conveniently close to the Production Way Skytrain Station.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- University degree.
- Minimum of 3 years office experience.

**Job Type**:Full Time. Monday to Friday 7:00am to 3:30 pm.

**Required Skills**:

- Above-average GPA preferred.
- High propensity for details, critical thinking and skills in problem solving.
- Proven ability to perform at a high level of competence and with dispatch.
- The ability to work amenably with others.
- Exceptional written and oral English skills
- Above average computer skills and experience.
- Experience in a food manufacturing/processing, preferred but not essential.
