We are looking for an ECE who models flexibility, organization skills, enthusiasm, and also encourages wonder and curiosity in children. They must be able to plan and implement a developmentally appropriate program, including communicating with co-workers and families. They are also responsible for observing and documenting daily experiences and developing meaningful relationships with children and families through daily contact and interactions.
