We are a private Montessori school seeking a dedicated ECE III (Early Childhood Educator Level III) to join our team. As an ECE III, you will play a crucial role in providing quality care and education to young children.

**Only those with a ECE III certification valid in Manitoba will be considered for this position.**

Knowledge of the Montessori Method is an asset but not required. Montessori training can be provided.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for children in a classroom setting
- Provide care to children while nurturing their social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
- Create a safe and stimulating environment that supports learning and exploration
- Collaborate with other educators and parents to ensure the well-being of each child
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills

**Requirements**:

- **Must hold a ECE III certification valid in Manitoba**:

- Previous experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Ability to educate and engage young children effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
