- Must have attention to detail while working

- Professional customer and fellow employee interaction
- Follow batch sheet directions to make products and transfer into appropriate vessel.
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Follow all policies as outlined in the current Reliable Industrial Employee Manual.
- Ability to work well without direct supervision
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- A driving license is preferred

**Physical Requirements**
- Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50lbs occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 lbs.
- On feet for full shift
- Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Climbing stairs
