ABOUT THE TEAM

The Strategic Communications and Global Government Affairs team leads and manages internal and external communications and the government relations approach for PSP Investments, working closely with key internal and external stakeholders. Our main objectives are to share who we are through our values, vision, activities and successes and also to keep our employees informed, connected, inspired, educated and entertained.

ABOUT YOUR ROLE

As an Intern, Internal Communications, you’ll:
- Participate in the development and implementation of communication plans- Develop multi-media communications products and creative assets- Provide support for a wide range of internal projects such as events, content for Intranet, and employee activities- Research projects to support communication strategies- Draft documents required for the deployment of communication actions (scenarios, invitations, etc.)-
- Participate in posting information to the company’s intranet and website

WHAT YOU’LL NEED- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or post-graduate diploma or certificate, in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business or a related field- Familiarity with ESG, Corporate Citizenship and social responsibility topics- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)-
- Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment with a high level of autonomy- Ability to independently manage simultaneous projects in an organized and timely manner- Ability to effectively work with an integrated communications team- Excellent oral and written communication skills, both in French and English, with the ability to understand and effectively deliver projects for clients- Experience with Photoshop and InDesign, an asset- Must return to studies after the internship or the internship must be part of your curriculum- Proficiency in English and French (or willingness to learn) _(frequent interactions in English with PSP employees based in our offices in Hong Kong, London and New York, and interactions in French with employees in our local offices in Montreal and Ottawa)_- Options include Canadian citizenship, permanent residency or a valid open work permit.
