Safety/accounting Assistant

**Receptionist**
**Responsibilities**
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Safety department:
Prepare Joint Health & Safety Committee meeting minutes/agenda.
Prepare JSA before commencement of any project.
Obtain any required documents to be posted on site such as : Notice of Project, Form 1000, First Aid etc.
Upload COI and WSIB certificates
Assist with COR internal audit.
Perform data entry and scan programs.
Maintain/update electronic and hard copy filing system.
Provide general administrative and clerical suport.
**Qualifications**:
2 + years safety assistant/admin experience prefered.
Proficiency in MS Word and MS Outlook a must.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
Knowledge of operating standard office equipment.
Proficiency with basic accounting and office procedures.
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
Speaking Portuguese would be an asset.
Organizational skills.
Diplomacy and tact with clients.
Time management skills to be able to prioritize activities, especially when there is a high volume of tasks.
Flexibility to be able to move between activities and duties quickly if priorities change.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour
