**Responsibilities**
- Provide Tier 1 and 2 end user support.
- Ensure all IT infrastructure (local or cloud) is administered with emphasis on availability, reliability, security, and scalability.
- Assist with end customer projects as required.
- Investigate and resolve any technical issues, coordinating with team members or external support providers as necessary.
- Stay up to date with modern technology trends and products, provide guidance to team members, and direction on new project options.
- Develop and maintain documentation.

**Required**
- Computer Systems Technology Diploma is preferred.
- Experience with networking and firewalls (Fortigate, Aruba, & Cisco) is preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience working in a similar capacity.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and vendors.
- 'Can-do' attitude, ability to work and complete projects with mínimal supervision.
- Strong verbal and written skills required.
- Ability to translate complex technical information to a **non-technical audience**.

**Desired**
- Experience with virtualization (VMWare) is an asset.
- Experience with networking and firewalls (Fortigate, Aruba, and Cisco) is an asset.
- Experience with Cisco VOIP and IP telephony is an asset.

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
