NOW HIRING: Government Compliance Officer (10+ Years)

**About the role**
Eternal Beauty Institute is seeking a seasoned **Government Compliance Officer / Compliance Liaison** with **10+ years’ experience** working **in or with government** on compliance, regulations, government contracts, and **student financial aid**. You’ll be our point of contact with regulators and funding bodies, ensuring our colleges and medical education programs meet all provincial and federal requirements.

**Key responsibilities**
- Serve as the primary **liaison to government ministries, agencies, and auditors**.
- Interpret and implement **regulatory, licensing, accreditation, and student-aid** requirements across provinces.
- Draft, review, and maintain **policies, SOPs, and compliance protocols**; conduct internal audits and risk assessments.
- Oversee **government contracts/RFPs**, reporting, and renewal cycles; track deadlines and submissions.
- Lead **regulatory audits and inspections**, preparing documentation and responses.
- Train staff on compliance changes; create checklists and corrective action plans.
- Monitor legislative updates; advise leadership on impacts and mitigation.

**What you bring**
- **10+ years** in government compliance/regulatory affairs (education, healthcare, or public sector strongly preferred).
- Proven experience with **government contracts** and **student aid** (provincial & federal).
- Expert policy writing, documentation, and audit readiness.
- Strong stakeholder management and diplomacy; clear, concise communication.
- High integrity, detail orientation, and urgency in meeting deadlines.

**Nice-to-haves**
- Experience across multiple provinces; familiarity with private vocational training regulations and medical education standards.
- Legal, policy, or public administration background.
