WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience at local vendor markets.

**This position for for vendor markets. You will be required to pick up company vehicle from the farm. Attend vendor markets, set up & tear down of tent/display/products etc required.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Process customer transactions accurately using the POS system
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
- Assist with inventory management.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

**Skills**:

- Valid G Drivers’ Licence is a must. Must be able to lift 50lbs.**:

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to sell products and meet sales targets.
- Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Multilingual skills to assist diverse customers.
- Organizational skills to maintain a clean work environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week

Day range:

- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
