With a growing focus on refining the in-store shopping experience, The Mobile Shop is looking to add an experience merchandiser to our team to take ownership over the planning, management, execution and evolution of our in-store merchandising experience across our store formats.

**What you'll do as a Merchandising Lead**:

- Become the go-to on our store merchandising setups and how to effectively create the optimal in-store experience using device representation and printed/digital collateral
- Own and lead our merchandising planograms. Work closely with product team leads translate priorities into effective product (Live devices or mocks) and marketing collateral experiences across all 200+ stores
- Plan, coordinate and execute the launch of new devices & accessories with associated printed collateral in all TMS stores
- Work with marketing to develop original creative material to support the merchandising experience
- Work with operations teams to ensure and maintain merchandising plans against store construction/renovations schedules
- Brainstorm & evolve our in-store space to create new merchandising or monetization opportunities
- Oversee, provide guidance and support field staff to ensure merchandising is maintained and remains compliant across all stores
- Evolve our processes Look for opportunities with the cross-functional team to improve current processes, assist in the implementation of new planogram software, and refine external partnerships.
- Address any Zendesk tickets and inquiries on planograming and merchandising, escalating when necessary.
- Learn the maintenance and process of pricing updates and how it’s communicated to the field
- Review, monitor and forecast LDU/mock inventory and source units if required

**What you'll need as a Merchandising Lead**:

- 2-3 years of experience in visual merchandising, experience in mobile or electronics is preferable
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment
- Previous experience working with outside vendors for planning, production and execution/installation
- Availability to send pricing updates to stores on weekends on occasion (working remotely).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Organized, detail-oriented and demonstrated experience in project management
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
