**Currently, we are recruiting for the position of Visual Merchandising Lead to service our 8 locations.**

**Responsibilities**:
As an integral member of our retail team, an NBTO visual merchandising Lead is ultimately responsible for executing all in-store display initiatives as well as maintaining in-store visual standards while acting as an enthusiastic front-line brand ambassador. The NBTO visual merchandising Lead's responsibilities will also include, but not be limited to:

- Style and dress mannequins and/or hard good presentation
- Adhere to corporate initiatives, guidelines, standards and directives
- Partnering with upper management to execute visual initiatives
- Re-work presentations as merchandise sells down, ensuring new products are present to maximize impact and sell through
- Rotate aged inventory into blend to help assist in driving sell through
- Facilitate placement of in-store signage
- Ensure established visual merchandising standards are maintained throughout the store interiors and windows with the assistance of in-store management teams
- Properly maintain all visual assets in the stockroom
- Comply with all Health & Safety policies and requirements

Characteristics and Qualifications
- Dedicated, passionate worker with previous retail merchandising experience (2 - 5 years)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and be self directed
- Enthusiasm for learning new skills and taking on new challenges
- Eagerness to contribute to a safe, healthy, welcoming team environment
- Passion for health, wellness, and sport
- Practical working knowledge of computer operations, including use of the full Microsoft Office Suite

**Our Accessibility Commitment**
