**Job Review**
The Production/Packaging Assistant demonstrates a high level of attention to detail and is an assertive, engaging, and energetic individual responsible for strict adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements. Through daily activities such as inspections, internal GMP audits, reporting non-conformances, and implementing low-risk immediate corrective actions, the Production/Packaging Assistant ensures the safety and quality of products processed and produced.

**Responsibilities**
- Contribute to a healthy work environment while maintaining high food safety standards.
- Perform quality checks throughout production, packaging, and sanitation processes.
- Document daily quality records in collaboration with the plant team.
- Conduct continuous GMP audits during production and packaging; report and correct any non-conformances or deviations immediately.
- Provide on-site training to employees on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), GMP, and Food Safety requirements.
- Accurately and promptly document all checks.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and tools such as thermometers, knives, tablets, walkie-talkies, and scales.
- Monitor physical, chemical, and biological hazards.
- Conduct product quality inspections throughout production lines to ensure compliance with Food Safety standards.
- Ensure adherence to food quality standards.
- Follow all quality and food safety protocols.
- Provide recommendations and guidance on hygiene and quality-related issues.
- Develop corrective action plans and promote continuous improvement in quality and food safety.
- Perform other duties as required.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the food industry.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and GMP programs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
