FixRight Appliance Repair is part of the GreatNorth Home Services family — a locally owned, fast-growing home services platform serving high-end homeowners across Southern Ontario.

We are expanding our **luxury appliance repair division** and are looking for **senior-level technicians** with deep experience working on premium brands such as **Miele, Wolf, Thermador, and similar high-end appliances**.

We handle the marketing, lead generation, scheduling, and billing — so you can focus on what you do best: diagnosing accurately, pricing confidently, and delivering top-tier service in high-end homes.

Compensation

**$120,000 - $200,000+ annually (performance-based)**
- Paid **per completed repair**, not hourly
- Typical earnings**:$100-$180+ per job**, depending on complexity
- 2-5 jobs per day based on skill and scope
- High-end, **out-of-warranty work only**
- Annual earnings reflect typical volume for experienced luxury-brand technicians._

**Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose and repair **high-end residential appliances**, including ranges, ovens, cooktops, refrigerators, dishwashers, and specialty units
- Confidently explain repair options, pricing, and value to homeowners in luxury properties
- Accurately price repairs based on experience, parts, and labor — not flat warranty rates
- Maintain professional communication and appearance appropriate for high-end homes
- Document jobs clearly using our service platform (Housecall Pro), including notes and photos
- Represent FixRight and GreatNorth with consistent, high-quality workmanship

Requirements (Read Carefully)
- **3-5+ years of hands-on experience** repairing **high-end appliance brands** (Miele, Wolf, Thermador, etc.)
- Strong diagnostic ability across electrical, mechanical, and control systems
- **Sales and pricing confidence** — you understand what high-end repairs should cost and how to explain that to clients
- Experience working independently in upscale homes
- Your own professional tools, reliable vehicle, smartphone, and valid liability insurance
- Certificate of Qualification (AST) or equivalent experience strongly preferred
- Professional, punctual, and customer-focused

**Important**:
❌ Technicians whose experience is primarily **warranty-only or manufacturer flat-rate work** will **not** be considered. This role requires full-service, out-of-warranty luxury repair experience.
