**About the Role**
We seek an exceptional content writer with experience writing for a professional audience (B2B) in the Financial Services or Commercial Real Estate industry. In addition, you will work closely with our founder and agency partners to help execute our marketing strategy.
You will be responsible for producing high-quality written content on various topics, including content related to Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Market Reports, Macroeconomics, and Capital Markets. Your work will be published on our website, blog, social media channels, and other marketing collateral.
To be successful, you must demonstrate exceptional storytelling skills that breathe life into complex concepts and make them accessible, compelling, and educational to our target audience.
Key Responsibilities include:
- **Editorial Standards**:
- Create and document editorial standards and style guides and editorial processes.
- **Website & SEO** - Lead the redesign of our website, optimizing for SEO, and competitive analysis to enhance online visibility and user experience.
- **Content Marketing** - Establish our content strategy, including the launch of our blog, to position us as industry thought leaders and drive organic traffic.
- **PR** - Get creative on how to get our name out there in the media to ensure we are top of mind in the real-estate industry.
- **Social media**:
- Work to execute social marketing strategy by creating engaging and relevant content tailored for our target audience.
- **Sales Alignment** - Collaborate with sales and designers to develop tailored collateral for sales pitches, conferences, and lead generation efforts, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
**About You**
You’re a talented, experienced marketing content creator with a penchant for digital marketing. You have experience not just executing but also building from the ground up. You thrive in dynamic environments and are adept at managing cross-functional projects with precision and agility. In our interview process, we’ll look for exceptional digital marketing skills, impeccable organization, and the ability to create best-in-class marketing content.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field.
- Knowledge and experience in B2B marketing, with prior experience in digital marketing preferred.
- An understanding of commercial real estate and finance or a demonstrated ability to learn a new industry and articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Experience writing Finance or Commercial Real Estate focused content.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to craft actionable insights and compelling stories from complex data.
- Experience in planning and executing ad campaigns on digital platforms such as LinkedIn and Twitter, with a track record of driving results through data-driven insights.
- Proficiency in website design and SEO optimization, with a keen eye for UX best practices and the ability to conduct competitive analysis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. We’re selling a technical product with a nuanced value prop for our target customers. We’ll look to you to help us simplify how we communicate our value prop, client success, and positioning in a clear, compelling way.
