**Key Responsibilities**
- Demonstrates working knowledge and skills gained through formal training or relevant work experience.
- Prepare new and existing customer pre-qualifications to provide documents as needed
- Work cross functionally with Safety, Sales, Proposal Coordinators, Legal, and Estimators to compile required data for customer and senior leadership requests.
- Support with customer proposals and estimates.
- Operates within established and developing processes with moderate supervision.
- Understands the relationship of assigned duties to team objectives and how the team interacts with other related teams.
- Resolves typical problems within the work area independently.
- Contributes to team success through the quality of services or information provided, adhering to standardized procedures and receiving regular guidance.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions.
- Proficiency in using standard business tools, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Adobe Pro and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage workload independently and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills for exchanging information clearly with team members and other departments.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while understanding broader team and organizational dynamics.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work in line with established processes.
- Adaptable and willing to learn new systems or procedures as required
