**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Assist with the setup of testing venues by laying a plan for equipment, and test materials in accordance with IELTS regulations, and locating tasks for the team.
- Closely follow and enforce testing procedures and regulations and liaise between employees and senior management.
- Training and onboarding new hires. Offering employees performance feedback
- Communicating business objectives and department goals to their team.
- Performing quality inspections and assessing processes.
- Tracking performance metrics and monitoring progress.
- Meeting with managers from other departments to discuss goals.
- Developing productivity and performance reports for senior management.
- Dealing with testing irregularities in accordance with IELTS procedures
- Control and manage the test environment

**Qualifications and Skills**
- A competent level of English communication
- Successful completion of Bachelor's Degree
- Understand and commit to maintaining appropriate standards of confidentiality and security of materials.
- Understand the importance of criteria and protocols related to assessment and test administration.
- Dependability, reliability, punctuality
- Customer service skills
- Appreciation and understanding of differences in cultural communication styles

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$29.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Weekend availability

- Brampton, Guelph, Hamilton, Milton, Mississauga and Vaughan, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelors Degree

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 3 year (preferred)
- Experience with Conducting IELTS Exams

**Language**:

- English (required)

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
