- Maintain an organized sales floor by restocking merchandise, arranging displays, and ensuring cleanliness.

- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about product knowledge and technology sales trends to effectively assist customers.
- Assist in training new staff members on sales techniques and store policies as needed.
- Assist with inventory as needed.
- Knowledge of epoxy products is preferred.

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to learn product details.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.
- Proficiency in cashiering and cash handling procedures.
- Experience with product demos is a plus, particularly in technology sales.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
