You will be responsible for leading activities, providing guidance, and ensuring that each camper has an enjoyable experience. This position requires individuals who are passionate about working with children and have a commitment to fostering their growth and development.

**Duties**
- Supervise and engage with campers in various activities such as sports, arts and crafts, and educational programs.
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and personal development.
- Foster a positive camp environment by encouraging teamwork, respect, and inclusivity among campers.
- Provide support and guidance to campers, addressing their needs and concerns throughout the camp experience.
- Ensure the safety of all campers by adhering to camp policies and procedures.
- Provide behaviour support to campers in need.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s progress and any concerns that may arise.
- Participate in staff training sessions to enhance skills related to early childhood education and child development.

**Experience**
- Previous experience working with children in a camp or educational setting is preferred.
- Background in tutoring or early childhood education is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with children of various ages.
- A passion for educating and inspiring young minds through engaging activities.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating leadership qualities.
