We have an exciting opportunity based in the British Columbia / Alberta area that requires the services of a person experienced with driving results with good interpersonal and communication skills.

**The Role**

As a Training Specialist Advisor, working directly with customers and our OEM partners, you will develop plans (with simulation at its core), to ensure the customers' strategy creating measurable ROI.

Key responsibility's this role will require of you:

- Using your communication skills to drive key stakeholder engagement across the customer organisations
- Providing bespoke simulator curriculum to suit the customers' training needs
- Conduct “Train the Trainer” activities for customer personnel
- Manage continuous improvement projects that include cross-functional team leadership
- Analysis of simulator and fleet management system data to produce insights and generate solutions, using our processes and technology that will impact on customer operations
- Providing feedback and recommendations to increase mine maturity levels
- Challenge the status quo at customer sites to drive operational improvements
- A highly competitive compensation package
