Overview:
**EXPLEO CANADA** is looking for a **Quality Supervisor** to join a dynamic and expanding team in **St. Laurent, QC.**
- Bachelors degree in operations or general management
- 6+ years of experience in the aviation sector working in a similar role
- Ability to manage, develop and drive a team
- Fully bilingual (French and English) with good communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines

**In this role you will be required to**:

- Control the production flow and planning
- Manage and follow up on budget while maintaining quality of product and productivity of team
- Plan, organize, motivate and supervise the activities of employees
- Identify, document and standardize key processes to achieve objectives
- Continuously improve existing processes
