**Overview**

**Duties**
- Manage daily office operations, for the administration of 1.25 Million square feet of commercial space and a staff of 4 people
- Supervise administrative staff and coordinate training & development initiatives
- Handle human resources functions such as onboarding, employee records, and payroll processing
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records for reporting to auditors and government agencies
- Manage banking processes and relationships
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee procurement processes
- Ensure proper filing systems are maintained for easy document retrieval
- Over see landlord and Tenant relations
- Support team management efforts by fostering a collaborative work environment

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical and organizational skills
- Supervising experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Proficiency in Yardi is preferred
- Experience with bookkeeping, payroll processing, budgeting, and vendor management
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to adapt quickly to new challenges and provide training & development support as needed

Pay: $100,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
