Milton, Canada Wingenback Ltd Full time

**Summary**

To be responsible for the overall planning, execution, control and completion of projects related to all Wingenback divisions, but focusing on financial institution projects. Monitor budgeting, resource allocation and scheduling to ensure that projects are completed on time and on budget.

**Reporting**
- Reports directly to the Project Management Division Manager
- Works very closely with all Project Management personnel, Division Managers and the COO.

**Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Lead the planning and implementation of assigned projects
- Assist sales and division management in working with customers - attend meetings and presentations as required
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
- Define project tasks and resource requirements
- Develop full scale project plans
- Assemble and coordinate project staff
- Manage project budget
- Plan and schedule project timelines
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
- Provide direction and support to project team
- Quality assurance
- Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
- Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
- Create and present post-project evaluations and assessments
- Willingness to travel and the ability to work outside of traditional working hours is a must

**Education and Experience**
- Certification In Project Management. PMP designation would be an asset
- 5 years’ experience in project management capacity
- Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
- Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Proven experience in people management, strategic planning, risk management, and change management
- Proficiency in project management software an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
